Top 5 Lipsticks for Winter

In my opinion, lipstick is a girl’s best-friend. Lipstick not only attracts a lot of positive attention to the face (depending on the intensity of the color), but there’s just something about wearing lipstick that strengthens the confidence of most girls. It’s so easy to feel beautiful with the right lip color on.

I love to have a variety of different lips colors throughout my makeup collection. Even if I’m in a rush and find myself with no time to put on other makeup, I still always make sure that I throw on my lipstick. Dark, rich lip colors for this season is always the way to go! I have compiled my 5 favorite lipsticks that I just cannot get enough of this Winter. These lipsticks that I’m going to mention range from low-end to high-end.

Also, just incase you were curious to know, my two favorite drugstore lipstick brands would have to be Maybelline and Revlon. My two favorite high-end lipstick brands would have to be MAC and NARS.

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor- Plum Perfect (435)
This lipstick is affordable, has a creamy texture when applied, and radiates a beautiful color off your lips.
Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor- Rum Riche (280)
This is my favorite lipstick! This color reflects very well off tan/olive skin tones. It has a creamy texture when applied, and its amazing color stands-out just the right amount!
Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor Buffs-Espresso Exposed (955)
This is color is not too light and not too dark! The pigmentation is very nice.
Smash box Be Legendary Cream Lipstick- Fig
I love this color. This lip color is very creamy, so if you’re into more of a matte lipstick then that may be the only downfall! The color is beautiful and goes well with all skin tones.
Nars Lipstick- Scarlet Empress
This lipstick color speaks for itself. NARS lipsticks tend to be quite expensive, but they’re so worth it. This lip-color is bold and extra pigmented. The beautiful color gives off an edgy look. It’s also semi matte, so it’s the perfect mix!
